Production
Carlo and Daniele are the latest generation of the Cantalici family to run their estate in Castagnoli in the heart of Tuscany. Perhaps one of the most stunning wineries you'll see, built in a 16th century old kiln building.
Manual harvesting in 20kg crates, macerated over 15-20 days in stainless steel. The wine is then aged for 12 months, 70% in French oak barrels, half new.
