Production
Château Chêne Liège has been in the hands of the Niarfeix family since 1896. The family’s savoir-faire passed down from generation to generation combines modernity and tradition to ensure that the wine expresses it's terroir perfectly.
Manual harvest. Selective sorting. Vinification in small concrete thermo-regulated tanks. Maturing in barrel for around 18-24 months in 45-50% new oak barrels.
Tasting Notes
Plum, black cherry and toasted oak. Soft and round with a good acidity and a
mineral character.
