Production
George Lacombe is a small producer with 12 hectares of vineyard in the Vallée de la Marne sub-area of Champagne. The winery is located in the town of Aÿ and makes use the UNESCO protected cellars built underneath this beautiful town.
This lovely crisp rose is made using 20% reserve wines, and aged for 24 months in the cellar

Superb, brilliant pink-salmon colour, subtle raspberry and blackcurrant flavours with a generous and refined finish.
