Production
One of the unsung stars of Cava, the quality conscious cooperative Covides. From their fine range of Cava, we have selected the taut and juicy Gran Gesta Brut Cava.
The top 10% of the estate’s grown grapes go into this Traditional Method sparkling wine, where only native yeasts are used in fermentation. The wine spends 18 months ageing and maturation in the subterranean cellars of Sant Sadurni d’Anoia.
Tasting Notes
An attractive delicate colour, with a long-lasting white mousse. The aromas of fresh red fruits and flowers stand out. Refreshing and persistent in the mouth with a rich edge.
