Inspired by the Scottish farmers who settled on Australia’s flat south-eastern plains brining their distinctive shaggy-haired cattle along with them. The Heilan Coo is a joint project between Moreno, a Scottish partner and Andrew Peace Wines. It is also a nod to an old Australian brand with which we have a family connection. We hope you love our Coo as much as we do!
85% Shiraz, 15% Mataro
Tasting Notes
A really expressive, bright, contemporary Aussie red. The nose of soft, open, chocolatey fruit has a clove note with a palate of fresh brambly, cherry-red fruit that leads to a gentle spicy finish.
