Production
We are proud to be part owned by one of Piemonte's leading wine producers Araldica. Not only are they a cooperative focussed on making quality wines but they are also proud to have 50 years of experience working with over 230 individual farmers in their area. It certainly helps that they have a vested interest in Moreno because it ensures the wines keep delivering.
The grapes for this wine are hand harvested from select plots in the Veneto region, before undergoing a gentle pressing and cool fermentation. The wine then spends 4-5 months on it's fine lees before bottling.
Tasting Notes
Light and refreshing as any Pinot worth its salt should be. Textured feel and extra ripeness come through thanks to the high quality raw material and lees age, wines of this type rarely get to see.
