30-year-old vines are hand harvested before a gentle extraction. Fermentation takes place entirely in stainless steel and is followed by 6 months in bottle before release
Tasting Notes
Seriously bright and refreshing strawberry and raspberry fruits. No oakiness or heaviness to speak of and does extremely well slightly chilled.
