Production
From a family fishing business, to making the perfect wines to match. AlbariƱo at its best. If you don't believe us, ask Wines from Spain.
Specially selected grapes come from the wineries best and oldest vines (all over 30 years). The grapes are handpicked and cool fermented in stainless steel at temperatures of 18 degrees. The fermented wine is then left on its fine lees for 2 months in an inert atmosphere and then aged for a further 10 months without lees for stabilization purposes. Once stabilised and clarified the wine is then bottled.
Tasting Notes
The most intense from the Laureatus family, this wine has stand out complexity on the nose with ripe fruits such as peach and mango, complimented by minerality and delicious honied pastry. The palate has richness and persistence with the characteristic acidity from the Albarino grape providing mouthwatering structure.
