Production
This wine is what we call "Made by Moreno". Our own-production wines are sourced through our long-term partners and winemakers, allowing us to offer unbeatable quality vs price value - all wrapped up in contemporary, eye-catching packaging. Cheers!
Grapes are picked fully ripe and macerated at a cool temperature for around 18 hours. They are then pressed slowly and gently in order avoid any harsh polyphenols and ensure the fresh fruit flavours are maximised. The wine is fermented as a white wine, with a short period on lees before bottling.
Tasting Notes
Pale but not austere in colour. Fresh strawberry, rasberry and redcurrant aromas and flavours. Crisp and dry finish. Serve super chilled.
