Production
Family producer, Ruiz de Vinaspre, make all their wines from their own vineyards in Rioja Alavesa. This is a Moreno exclusive that we have worked jointly with the winery on.
Hand harvested from vines up to 80 years old. Fermented in stainless steel and kept on lees for 1 month before bottling.
Tasting Notes
Crisp, slightly creamy and expressive, packed with delicious stone fruit flavours. An incredibly versatile food wine.
