A self-confessed nomad, Luis roams the lands of Navarra and Rioja looking for exceptional plots of old or abandoned vines to turn his hand to. His wines are unflinching in character and in his own words ‘It’s about fermenting the grape and putting it in the bottle. Making pure, honest wines.’ A total artisan, there’s a real no bullshit approach that makes these wines so exciting.
From 60 year old vines, this is fermented naturally and spends two winters in barrel to naturally clarify and stabilise.
