Production
JM Fonseca are a 7th generation family winery who have been making wine since 1834. They have now become the first Portuguese winery to create de-alcoholised wine.
Produced from the grape variety Syrah and crafted using traditional winemaking methods, the alcohol is gently removed using a modern method of spinning cones. This extracts the alcohol through a low temperature, vacuum distillation process that is designed to keep all of the natural flavours and aromas of the grape varieties used.
Tasting Notes
Really juicy and fruity with ripe blackberries and raspberries. Serve chilled, at a temperature of 5ÂșC, goes very well with pizza or pasta.
