Production
JM Fonseca are a 7th generation family winery who have been making wine since 1834. They have now become the first Portuguese winery to create de-alcoholised wine.
Produced from the grape variety Syrah and crafted using traditional winemaking methods, the alcohol is gently removed using a modern method of spinning cones. This extracts the alcohol through a low temperature, vacuum distillation process that is designed to keep all of the natural flavours and aromas of the grape varieties used.
Tasting Notes
A pretty salmon colour. Fresh and crunchy red fruits and ripe blueberry. Serve chilled and enjoy on it's own or with salads or fish.
