Right on the Slovenian border in North East Italy, 3 brothers (Carlo, Tommaso and Michele) run the Perusini winery making some of the most elegant, subtle and certainly gastronomic wines you're likely to find.
Fermented in stainless stell using the Ganimede method over the 18 day maceration period, in a style that embraces the grape varieties fresher vegetal notes.
Tasting Notes
Deep purple in colour, this complex and herbaceous style of Cab Franc embraces those lovely eucalyptus, black pepper and savoury notes skillfully managed by the Perusini brothers.
