Right on the Slovenian border in North East Italy, 3 brothers (Carlo, Tommaso and Michele) run the Perusini winery making some of the most elegant, subtle and certainly gastronomic wines you're likely to find.
The native and ancient vine is harvest by hand, vinified at cool temps in stainless steel tanks. 6 months lees contact, and no malo. All practices are carried out organically.
Tasting Notes
Steely minerality with elegant floral notes of white blossom and pear. This is a typically elegant and classic wine from the Perusini brothers.
