Production
Right on the Slovenian border in North East Italy, 3 brothers (Carlo, Tommaso and Michele) run the Perusini winery making some of the most elegant, subtle and certainly gastronomic wines you're likely to find.
Produced using Ribolla and Chardonnay grapes from south west facing terraces in a 3 month Charmat method to ensure delicate bubbles and a fruit forward style of wine.
Tasting Notes
Elegant and fine bubbles with green apple, pastry and baked sourdough bead aromas, complimented by a round and fruit driven palate.
