Sabina Blanco Viura
Navarra, Spain
Viura, Chardonnay
Seriously easy drinking, crisp white wine. Spain at it's best.
Producer
Production
Navarran wines are criminally underrated and PdV are the leaders of Navarran wine production in the UK. The name Sabina is taken from the indigenous Spanish juniper tree grown locally in Navarra, recognisable for its horizontal growing, almost 'storm-battered' look.
Viura grapes, plus a touch of Chardonnay, are grown on the terraces of the Ebro and Aragon rivers. Fermented at low temps in stainless steel to preserve freshness and lightness.
Tasting Notes
Lively, lemony white with delicate grapefruit scents. Clean, sprightly and refreshing
Ecological Credentials
Vegetarian and Vegan wine
