Production
Navarran wines are criminally underrated and PdV are the leader of Navarra wines in the UK market. All about great value and consistency. The name Sabina is taken from the indigenous Spanish juniper tree grown locally in Navarra, recognisable for its horizontal growing, almost 'storm-battered' look.
Night harvested Chardonnay grapes, fermented in 50% French and 50% American oak and aged on lees for 3 months with regular stirring.
