Francesco Anne Santi uses amphora and stainless steel to create wines without compromises. Based in Valnerina, Umbria, he marries biodynamics, indigenous grapes and a proper hands-on approach to create wines that really jump out the glass.
Traditional vinification; keeping the skins submerged, with daily pumping over. Aged in stainless steel tanks, left to clear naturally and bottled without filtration or stabilization during the waning phase of the moon.
A nose of red flowers, fruit and delicate spice.
