Carlo and Daniele are the latest generation of the Cantalici family to run their estate in Castagnoli in the heart of Tuscany. Perhaps one of the most stunning wineries you'll see, built in a 16th century old kiln building.
Manual harvest in 20kg. crates, destemming followed by manual selection of the grapes. Pre-fermentation cold maceration, alcoholic fermentation and maceration in stainless steel. The Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot undergo malolactic fermentation in barriques, while the Sangiovese in stainless steel tanks. Matured in French oak barrels for 18 months.
