Farming organically on clay soils at 350 m, he favours biodiversity and low intervention over industrial polish. The cellar is home to amphorae, stainless steel, and a restless spirit that embraces Pet Nat, skin contact, and sulphur-free wines. The result? Bottles that feel raw, honest, and brimming with Italian character — equal parts heritage and rebellion.
