Camilo Castilla
Founded in 1856 by Frenchman Camilo Castilla Alzugaray in the Navarra town of Corella, this historic bodega is Spain’s oldest specialist in naturally sweet wines. Its 30 ha of vineyards, planted exclusively to small-grain Muscat (Moscatel de Grano Menudo), supply the base for exquisite fortified wines. Traditional methods — including glass demijohn ageing on the rooftop and maturation in century-old casks — remain unchanged, producing wines that embody over 165 years of artisanal legacy and terroir expression.
