Founded around 30 years ago by brothers Carlo and Daniele Cantalici, this family-run estate lies in the heart of Gaiole in Chianti. Working organically since 2015, they farm 60 ha of vineyards across Chianti Classico, crafting wines that balance tradition with precision. From elegant Sangiovese reds to refined Vin Santo, every bottle reflects their meticulous approach — hand-harvesting, careful fruit selection, and ageing in a mix of French oak sizes to capture depth and nuance.
