Hey Diddle

Hey Diddle is a collaboration between winemakers Matt Caldersmith and Tim Freeland, who trade convention for creativity in South Australia. They work with small growers across Barossa and Clare, focusing on old vines and hands-on methods. Wild ferments, basket pressing, and plenty of patience are their trademarks. The result is wines that are serious in quality but never take themselves too seriously — much like the name suggests.
