Rico Nuevo

Rico Nuevo is a boutique winery in Spain’s Sierra de Gredos, crafting wines from old-vine Garnacha and Albillo Real grown on granite soils at over 1,000 m. Farmed organically and with biodynamic principles, the vineyards are worked by hand to preserve tradition and terroir. Minimal-intervention vinification with native yeasts, no clarification or filtration, and stainless-steel ageing ensures purity and freshness. The result is small-batch, expressive wines that capture the mountain character and authenticity of Burgohondo.
