Sotovelo is an innovative unfortified white wine project located in the historic Pago Balbína district of El Puerto de Santa María within the Jerez (Sherry) region of Andalusia, Spain. Co-founded by Charles Rolls and Thomas de Wangen with winemaker Raúl Moreno, it crafts a distinct non-fortified white wine from Palomino grapes.
