Vineyard

Grapes come from vineyards 700 m above the Mediterranean, where warm days and cool nights preserve acidity and aromatic lift. The limestone-clay soils lend structure and minerality, while altitude and diurnal shifts enhance freshness and vibrancy.

Pairing
