Vermouth El Bandarra Blanco is a very original vermouth. The nose is reminiscent of citrus, mint and vanilla. On the palate, it’s fresh and flavorsome, where the citric character prevails with a bitter touch.
Production
To be more precise, Vermouth El Bandarra Blanco is a vermouth made from a base wine of white Grenache and Xarel-lo which is macerated with more than 50 herbal and botanical extracts (vanilla, wormwood and clove). After this, Vermut El Bandarra Blanco is sweetened with must nectar and will be aged for 2 months in stainless steel tanks.
