Bright straw yellow with aromas of jasmine, orange blossom, and Mediterranean herbs. Lively on the palate, balancing citrus freshness with a floral lift, it’s as sunny and welcoming as a Sicilian afternoon.

Production

Grapes underwent cryomaceration in stainless steel at controlled temperatures to capture aromatics. Gentle pressing preserved delicacy, followed by three months on lees in steel and two months in bottle. No oak was used, letting Zibibbo’s aromatic profile shine.

Vineyard

Zibibbo vines grow on the Marsala hills, between 200–400 m, where the sea breeze tempers Sicilian heat. The calcareous soils ensure drainage and minerality, while altitude extends ripening and preserves freshness. Cane-pruned vines are carefully managed to balance vigour and protect clusters from excess sun. Hand harvesting ensures fruit integrity.
