Production

A small portion is wild-fermented in old oak barrels to add depth and complexity. The whole wine spends two months on lees before bottling, building texture and subtle richness without losing its crisp, fruit-driven style.

Vinyard

Sourced from older Chenin Blanc vines across the Western Cape, many over 50 years old. These low-yielding vineyards produce concentrated, flavourful grapes with bright natural acidity, ideal for fresh, expressive white wines.

Pairing

Delicious with seafood pasta, spaghetti alle vongole, or grilled chicken. It’s also versatile enough to enjoy with creamy risottos or fresh salads.
