Production
Gentle pressing and brief maceration, followed by Charmat fermentation at 18 °C. Residual sugar is retained for a plush, fruit-driven style.
Vinyard
Alluvial plains with clay and silt soils encourage soft, generous fruit. Warm days promote sugar ripeness, while cool nights retain balance.

Chill it down, pair it with pepperoni pizza or a bag of spicy, spicy crisps and don't overthink it.
