Production
Gentle pressing and brief maceration, followed by Charmat fermentation at 18 °C. Residual sugar is retained for a plush, fruit-driven style.
Vinyard
Alluvial plains with clay and silt soils encourage soft, generous fruit. Warm days promote sugar ripeness, while cool nights retain balance.
