Juicy and aromatic with ripe blueberry, cherry and balsamic notes of eucalyptus and liquorice. Velvety tannins and vibrant acidity bring balance and length.

Production

After careful grape selection, fermentation uses the Ganimede system for enhanced colour and tannin extraction. The wine ages partly in oak and partly in stainless steel for 12 months.

Vinyard

Fruit is sourced from hillside parcels across the Valpolicella DOC, where marl and limestone soils support freshness and aromatic intensity.

Pairing

Try with wild mushroom pappardelle, grilled lamb chops or aged Pecorino.
