Barbera (40%), Bonarda (30%), Cabernet (30%) · 2023 · 14% abv

Deep ruby with aromas of red cherry, blackberry, and spice. The palate is fresh yet structured, with moderate sweetness rounding supple tannins and a long, generous finish.
Production

Manual harvest with partial late picking for extra ripeness. Extended skin maceration and 12 months in French oak (new for the late-harvest portion) build complexity before final blending and brief steel ageing.

Vinyard

Barbera, Bonarda, and Cabernet thrive on stony, clay-rich soils with southeast exposure, delivering richness and depth.

Pairing

Perfect with grilled meats, game ragù, aged cheeses, or mushroom-based pasta dishes.
