Production
Manual harvest with partial late picking for extra ripeness. Extended skin maceration and 12 months in French oak (new for the late-harvest portion) build complexity before final blending and brief steel ageing.

Barbera, Bonarda, and Cabernet thrive on stony, clay-rich soils with southeast exposure, delivering richness and depth.
