A classic southern Rhône rosé with delicate aromas of rosehip, cherry blossom and wild berries. The palate is bright and textured, showing juicy raspberry and redcurrant fruit with a refreshing twist of citrus. Crisp acidity and a clean, dry finish make it a beautifully balanced, food-friendly style.
Production
Hand-harvested Grenache, Cinsault and Syrah are gently pressed using the traditional rosé de presse method to extract delicate colour and aroma with minimal tannin. Fermentation occurs at cool temperatures in stainless steel to retain freshness and fruit purity.
Vineyard
Grapes are sourced from vineyards in the foothills of Mont Ventoux, where warm days and cool nights help preserve freshness and aromatic intensity. Stony, free-draining soils and low yields encourage concentrated fruit, while the Mediterranean influence ensures ripeness and supple texture.
Pairing
An ideal partner for summer dining — think goat’s cheese salads, grilled prawns or Provençal vegetable tarts. It’s equally at home with Mediterranean mezze or simply enjoyed on its own as a refreshing aperitif.
