A vibrant, fruit-forward Rhône red showing layers of ripe blackberry, plum and black cherry, wrapped in gentle spice and a touch of smoke. The palate is supple and smooth, with mellow tannins, juicy fruit concentration and a lingering, warming finish that’s as versatile as it is crowd-pleasing.
Production
Grapes are hand-harvested at optimal ripeness and vinified in temperature-controlled stainless steel to capture bright fruit character. A proportion of wine from Cairanne vineyards is blended in for added depth and complexity. Gentle extraction and careful blending create a balance of richness and approachability.
Vinyard
Fruit is sourced from selected parcels across the 17 recognised Villages sites, with a core from Cairanne. Classic Rhône terroir — pebble-strewn clay and limestone soils under warm Mediterranean skies — ensures ripeness, while diurnal temperature shifts preserve acidity and aromatic lift.
Pairing
Ideal with barbecued lamb chops, slow-cooked pork belly or spicy sausages, where the wine’s ripe fruit and peppery spice complement the smoky, savoury flavours. It also pairs beautifully with aubergine dishes or grilled halloumi for a vegetarian option.
