Fresh and aromatic with notes of white peach, spring blossom, and a soft, creamy texture. The palate is vibrant and balanced, with crisp acidity framing the fruit and a clean, dry finish.

Production

Hand-harvested in mid to late October, the grapes are gently pressed and fermented in stainless steel to preserve varietal character. A brief ageing on fine lees adds texture without oak influence.

Vineyard

Macabeo from vineyards on stony slopes at 400–500 m, where cooler nights preserve acidity and aromatics. The shingle soils provide excellent drainage, concentrating flavour while maintaining freshness.

Pairing

Ideal with classic tapas — from grilled prawns and jamón croquetas to manchego and marinated anchovies. Also excellent with light salads and seafood dishes.
