Production

Grapes are picked in early October and macerated for 3–4 days before fermentation in stainless steel. A short period on fine lees builds body, while the absence of oak keeps the style pure and fruit-driven.

Old-vine Garnacha from 30+ year-old vineyards, where low yields and mature root systems deliver concentrated fruit. The continental climate ensures ripeness while preserving vibrancy.
