Production
Aged under a protective veil of flor for several years in traditional solera casks, the wine develops its hallmark saline character and delicate flor-driven aromatics. Careful blending across vintages refines balance and depth.

Made solely in Sanlúcar de Barrameda, Manzanilla is a unique expression of the biological style. Sharing coastline and riverbank with both the Atlantic and the mouth of the Guadalquivir river, the climate benefits from an ideal aspect, cool Poniente breeze, good humidity and the natural formation of complex flor in bota.
Pairing
A perfect partner for oysters, anchovies, or marinated sardines. It also sings with classic Andalusian tapas — think boquerones, jamón ibérico, or chilled gazpacho.
