Production
El Bandarra Al Fresco is made with a blend of Grenache wines infused with a blend of botanicals including liquorice, mint, rose petals and citrus peel.
Vinyard
El Bandarra vermouth is produced in the Catalonia region of Spain using local white wine grapes—primarily Macabeo and Xarel·lo—sourced from the family's vineyards in the Alt Penedès and nearby areas like Terra Alta just outside Barcelona.
Pairing
Take 75ml (1 part) el Bandarra Al Fresco, 150ml (2 part) tonic, over ice, garnished with a slice of orange. Salud!
