Production
Grapes are sorted, then gently pressed in pneumatic presses. Only the first fraction of juice—the “flower must”—is used, protected from oxidation by Inertys technology. Fermentation and ageing take place in oak barrels with bâtonnage before the wine is matured further in bottle.
Vinyard
The Can Martí estate spans 135 ha of clay‑calcareous soils in Gelida. Eighty hectares are organically farmed; eleven different grape varieties are hand‑picked into small containers to maintain fruit integrity. The limestone and careful farming lend the wines both depth and energy.
Pairing
This rich yet lively white pairs beautifully with roast chicken, monkfish in butter sauce, creamy mushroom risotto or aged cheeses.
