Gran Gesta Brut Rosado NV

A vivid strawberry-pink cava with a fine, persistent bead and a bright mousse. Fragrant red berry and pomegranate aromas lead into a lively palate of crushed raspberry and wild cherry. Fresh, fruit-driven and creamy, with a long, refreshing finish and a subtle hint of sweetness.
Production
Grapes are machine-harvested and undergo a brief maceration to extract colour and aroma before gentle bleeding. Selected yeasts ferment the base wine below 19 °C in stainless steel. After blending and tirage, the wine ages a minimum of nine months on lees before disgorgement and dosage, producing a vibrant brut rosé.
Vinyard
Trepat grapes are sourced from mature vineyards — many over 40 years old — rooted in sandy-clay soils with high limestone content that retains water and promotes balanced ripening. The Mediterranean climate brings warm days and around 500 mm annual rainfall, ensuring fruit purity and freshness.
Pairing
A natural partner for Iberian charcuterie, grilled prawns with romesco, or beetroot and goat’s cheese salad. Also excellent with salmon tartare or a summer paella.
