Production
100 % Malbec cold-soaked for five days before a 12-day fermentation and eight days’ post-ferment maceration for colour and tannin depth. Aged to preserve vibrancy and express pure site character.
Vineyard
From high-altitude Gualtallary vineyards at 1,400 m, where rocky alluvial soils over limestone and cold mountain nights lock in freshness. Meltwater irrigation and dramatic diurnal shifts heighten fruit concentration and natural acidity.
Pairing
The obvious match for malbec is steak but if you want to get technical try this with leaner cuts such as sirloin, hanger, fillet or skirt.
