Refined and resonant. Layers of baked lemon, golden apple and almond blossom glide over a sleek, mineral spine; the mousse is creamy yet precise. Fresh spice and citrus zest keep it taut, the finish long, dry and chalk-etched.
Production

Flagship Corpinnat traditional-method cuvée: gentle whole-bunch pressing, cool parcel ferments and an extended ageing on lees to layer texture and complexity. Disgorged for pristine clarity; released in 75cl, magnum and jeroboam for those who plan ahead (or throw big parties).

Vinyard

From select parcels on the Can Martí estate, rooted in marine limestone soils. Old vines, low yields and hand harvests ensure intensity and balance. The estate’s mix of altitude and Mediterranean climate creates natural freshness to support long ageing.

Pairing

Best with lobster, scallops or roast chicken. A real fine match for aged Manchego too.
