Inspired by the Scottish farmers who settled on Australia’s flat south-eastern plains brining their distinctive shaggy-haired cattle along with them. The Heilan Coo is a joint project between Moreno, a Scottish partner and Andrew Peace Wines. It is also a nod to an old Australian brand with which we have a family connection.
