A vibrant, orchard-fruited Pinot Gris brimming with greengage, pear and green apple. Subtle white pepper spice and a supple, rounded palate give weight and texture without sacrificing freshness.

Production

Hand-harvested fruit was whole-bunch pressed, with 10% of the wine aged in old 225 L French oak for extra weight. A portion was fermented in stainless steel barrels, rolled weekly for three months to enhance lees contact and build texture.

Harvested from two sites in Suffolk and Essex, our 2024 English Pinot Gris is carefully hand-picked to ensure the highest quality fruit. Expect bright orchard fruit, quince and crisp greengage, delivering a wine with freshness, purity and a clean, vibrant finish.
