Ripe yet refreshingly lifted. Blackberry, cassis and violet mingle with a snap of mint and graphite. The palate is plush without getting heavy—dark fruit, cocoa nib and a fine, powdery tannin line—finishing long and neatly dry. Cabernet brings structure; Malbec brings the grin. Clare Valley in a smart jacket and trainers.
Production
Hand-picked, open-vat ferments with wild yeasts and gentle plunging. Raised in seasoned French hogsheads—used more for shape than flavour—to keep fruit front and centre. Minimal fining and filtration; sensible sulphur; vegan friendly. Built for drinkability without dumbing it down.

Clare Valley fruit from elevated, breezy sites where warm days meet cool nights—perfect for colour, perfume and natural acidity. Low-yielding parcels keep flavours intense and the line clean. Dry growing conditions mean tidy canopies and beautifully healthy fruit. It’s classic Clare: sunshine with a seatbelt.
