Colour: Light golden with reddish background; Aroma: Crystalized orange peel, apricot, some honey; Palate: Lots of fruit, full but at the same time soft; Finish: Very long

Production

Grapes are hand picked, de-stemmed then open vat fermented with wild yeast. Co-fermented Malbec and Cabernet.
Basket pressed then spend 18 months in French Oak (30% new oak, 70% reconstructed oak).
