Pale straw yellow with aromas of citrus blossom, pear, and herbs. Crisp and lively, with subtle tropical notes and a clean, mineral finish.

Production

Soft pressing followed by cool fermentation in stainless steel. No oak was used, keeping the style fresh and aromatic. A short time on fine lees added gentle texture.

Vinyard

Salento’s clay-limestone soils provide balance, while steady breezes from two seas help retain freshness in this southern white. Organic farming and yield control ensure fruit precision, while the long growing season develops aromatic depth.

Pairing

Pair with shellfish, sushi, or citrusy salads. Also excellent with burrata and fresh basil.
