Production

Hand-harvested fruit sees a short skin maceration before cool stainless-steel fermentation. Four months’ lees ageing adds roundness without muting the wine’s freshness.

Vinyard

25-year-old vines planted on coastal Abruzzo slopes, organically farmed in a breezy, maritime climate. Clay-limestone soils contribute both ripeness and saline lift.

Pairing

A natural match for oysters, clams and grilled white fish. Also excellent with mature cheeses or as a zesty aperitif.
