Pale yellow with a slightly greenish rim, with fine and slow-falling droplets. On the nose it has citric notes, flowers and white fruit. In the mouth it has a certain density and vertical acidity. An aftertaste of citric with a short finish.

Production

Manually harvested, selecting with 20kg baskets. They harvest early so as to balance acidity and freshness. Fermented in stainless steel. It then matures on fine lees for six months in French oak barrels, at the end of which it is decantered and mechanically filtered. After that it is bottled and left to rest in boxes.

Vinyard

Wine produced with 100% Godello grapes from the family lands, mainly from the town Villalibre de la Jurisdicción, from where it takes its name. This wine is a tribute to the summer and the green, lush colours of the vines in peak condition. Soft soils with fine slate in clay ravines.

Pairing

Pan fried queen scallops with a healthy squeeze of lemon & fresh herbs.
